1.) Accommodation is in a studio with partial kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and patio for seven consecutive nights for 2 people sharing.

2.) The available dates for this promotion are from 27th January 2018 to 10th March 2018; 10TH November to 23rd December 2018 (last check-out date) OR 26th January to 9th March 2019 for Pueblo Evita Club, Costa del Sol. Availability at Fairways Club, Tenerife is for 3rd April 2018 to 26th June 2018.

This excludes school holidays, although some accommodation may be available during this period for an upgrade fee. Additional upgrade options (these upgrade options include other travel dates, more bedrooms or superior types of apartment) and start at £50 for a change of check-in day and are subject to availability. Standard check in days are: Pueblo Evita; Saturday or Sunday - Fairways Club; Tuesday or Friday.

3.) Your accommodation is provided by Ventasencasa Ltd, 1 Worsley Court, High Street, Worsley, M28 3JH who reserve the right to change resort destinations available or to provide an alternative offer of equal or greater value without prior notice.

4.) Please note that our resorts are best suited to couples over the age of 30 and families.

5.) This offer is subject to promotional availability. In the event that your preferred travel dates are not available alternatives will be offered. It is advisable to book early. There is no booking fee.

6.) This is an accommodation only offer you will need to arrange your flights, car hire and other travel services. When a reservation has been confirmed the voucher holder must provide reservations with confirmation that Travel Arrangements have been booked.

7.) Only one voucher /code may be used per booking and household. This offer is valid for new bookings made through/direct with Ventasencasa Ltd.

8.) Only original vouchers / codes will be accepted. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Passengers who have a voucher (not a code) must present it upon arrival in resort.

9.) Once your registration/booking form has been submitted it will be subject to the resorts standard terms and conditions.

10.) All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before travelling. Flights, meals, transport and personal expenses are not included. There is no obligation to purchase meals, drinks etc. during your stay in the resort.

11.) You must redeem your voucher within 90 days of being issued.

12.) This voucher / code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, it is not transferable and cannot be resold. Cash value 0.001 pence.

13.) No cancellations, refunds, amendments can be made once your booking has been confirmed. TRAVEL/FLIGHT itinerary must be received by holidays@leisuretimesolutions.co.uk a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid your accommodation at the resort being cancelled.

14.) You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay. A €100 damage deposit will be requested which will be returned in full should no damage occur.

15.) We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.

16.) The booking instructions, how to book and all other information contained in this website also form part of the terms and conditions.

17.) LTS is the trading style of Ventasencasa Ltd., who are contracted to promote both resorts from the UK.

18.) Once you have registered your code / confirmed your booking your contract will be with the resort and other relevant service providers, any disputes must therefore be settled with them directly. The promoter cannot be held liable.

19.) Ventasencasa, Richvale Resorts, LTS nor the promoter can be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or destinations.

20.) Bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of your holiday accommodation date of travel.

21.) TRAVEL/FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS MUST NOT BE MADE PRIOR TO THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE RESORT ALONG WITH YOUR UNIQUE RESERVATION ID NUMBER.

22.) Bookings must be made within 90 days of your registration.
